Find some of the answers to his interview below.
“What was your favorite part of the race?”
“ The Jackson Hole Half Marathon is a fun, local event and race. The location makes it fun to run on the bike paths with all the other runners in an organized event! It ended up snowing the morning of the race, and it was fun to wake up and participate with the fresh dusting of snow! The large cup of coffee at the finish line was another favorite for me.”
“What is one gear item you would consider an ‘essential’?”
“For me, the Garmin Forerunner 910 is a must on every run and workout. It’s perfect for monitoring pace and distance throughout the run.”
Matt has his sights set on qualifying for the Olympic Trials at the Chicago Marathon this summer, and with each race he seems to be getting a step closer to this goal! For information on the trials you can visit this direct link.
