Phil moved to Jackson in 1977 from California, joining Jeff and Owen for Skinny Skis' first summer. Today, Phil manages our men's clothing and coordinates the men's & women's footwear. He also works with community non-profits and spearheads Skinny Skis' marketing. Outside the shop, Phil enjoys all aspects of xc skiing, the Teton backcountry and fly fishing.
Originally from Illinois, Scott is the newest partner at Skinny Skis working as a hardgoods buyer specializing in nordic and climbing products. "New" is a relative term, Scott first worked here as a shop tech 25 years ago. In his free time, you'll find Scott climbing in the Tetons (Garnet Canyon is a favorite) or xc skiing during his lunch breaks in the winter months.
From a place she affectionately calls Pennsyltucky (Go Penn State), Jenn has been an employee in our store since 1999!! Now with two young boys, Jenn is a busy lady. She spends her spare time enjoying the Teton backcountry with her family whether it be skiing, running, rafting… or just hanging out with her boys.
This proud Texan moved to the area last year from the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Calyn loves live music, time spent outside with friends & family, and good food. In the summertime, she can be found hiking and fly-fishing with her husband Brad, and dog Sutton.
Originally from Aspen, CO, Sydney decided to trade one ski town for another, moving to Jackson in 2013. In her free time, she can be found skiing on Teton Pass, mountain biking, gardening, and baking.

Jazzi was born and raised in Colorado and grew up skiing the Colorado Rockies. In 2017 she moved to Jackson in search of steeper mountains and deeper snow; she found exactly what she was looking for, and more! In the summer Jazzi can be found hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors.

Ryan grew up in Colorado. After years of servicing skis around the front range and in various Colorado ski towns, he brought his girlfriend and dog to Teton valley and never looked back. Now, 12 years later he has built experience and rapport in Jackson Hole and surrounding areas. Manager at Moosely Mountaineering
From an early age Niki has led a nomadic life, growing up in Germany, Sweden, Hawaii, Colorado, and Massachusetts, but the alpine climbing in the Tetons finally got her to settle here. She loves to telemark and classic ski, mountain bike and go on long off trail hikes with her dog, Oliver. She's an extreme knitter, gifted napper, and a wicked good baker of pies.
A southern charmer from South Carolina, Bo's customer service skills and all-around knowledge of the outdoors make him a valuable asset whether he is working at Skinny Skis or Moosely Mountaineering. When he's not at work, Bo enjoys going out on solo adventures of epic proportions whether it be climbing, kayaking, hiking, or skiing in the Tetons.
A Michigan native, Dan has worked at Skinny Skis for four years. As one of our tech gurus, Dan is indispensable when it comes to explaining the subtle nuances of any gadget whether it be a Garmin Watches or Ortovox transceiver. When he's not at work, Dan is most likely to be found practicing one of his many artistic hobbies or skiing/hiking in the backcountry.
Jamee and her family enjoyed living and working at Grand Canyon National Park, Acadia National Park, and Golden Gate National Recreation Area for over 25 years before coming to Jackson in 2016. She loves being outside in Jackson Hole and running long distance while training for races. Jamee has worked in the outdoor industry for 30 years and is dedicated to helping customers at Skinny Skis to find the best products for their needs.
Mika is originally from West Virginia and recently moved to Hoback in 2017. She enjoys adventuring and exploring all that Jackson has to offer. Mika has worked throughout the country in the outdoor industry including North Carolina, California, and South Dakota. She enjoys playing ukulele and guitar, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, and discovering new foods.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Tyler made the move out West in 2013. He moved in the search of bigger mountains and free-flowing rivers. In his free time he enjoys skiing and biking at Snow King Mountain. Tyler is also on a mission to find the best nachos in the West.
