Sea to Summit Comfort Light Sleep Pad

posted in: Gear Reviews 587

At well under two pounds, the Sea to Summit Comfort Light sleeping pad creates a lot of warmth with little weight. The pad features Air Sprung cells rather than the traditional baffle construction, allowing the pad to conform to your body for a comfier feel. Thermalite insulation then traps in warm air to protect you from the cold ground while Exkin Platinum thermal technology uses a super thin lightweight metalized layer to reflect heat back to your body for even more warmth. Made with 40D nylon, this sleeping pad is tough and won't get shredded even on rocky terrain. For inflation, a multi-function one-way valve is incredibly easy to use with a button you can press to slowly release air to fine-tune your comfort. A rapid air dump port allows you to deflate the pad quickly when packing up camp. It also come with a stuff sack and repair kit should you happen to need to fix a rip when you're out in the middle of nowhere.
