Every item you purchase at SkinnySkis.com is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Bottom line, we want you to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please let us know. We will do everything we can to make you happy.

Returns information and instructions are listed below and can also be found at the bottom of your invoice.


Returns Process

- Login to your account and go to your order history. Click the “Details” button next to the order that contains the items you wish to return.
- Within the order simply check the boxes next to the items you want to return and click “Return Items.”
- We will review the return request and send you an e-mail with your RMA# and instructions for returning the items.

If you have difficulties please feel free to call us at 888.733.7205 or e-mail us. We can easily setup a return for you over the phone.


Returns Policy

  • We gladly accept returns on items returned within 30 days of the original order date. The items must be in their original packaging and in new condition along with all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. Sorry, we do not accept returns after this period.
  • Sorry, no returns on Sale Items. If you have purchased a sale item and found that it is the wrong size we will gladly exchange it for a different size. The replacement is only good with like models and is subject to availability. The exchange must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Returns of mounted skis will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns of any used items that we deem acceptable returns, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • Skinny skis will only accept returns that have been approved either by direct contact with a SkinnySkis.com web representative or through the return system within your account.
  • The web return request form is not for returns at our physical location in Jackson Wyoming. This can be handled by contacting Skinny Skis in Jackson Wyoming at 1.888.733.7205.
  • Clothing items must be unworn with all original hang tags still attached. Packaging must be in original condition upon receipt.
  • You will be refunded the corresponding shipping cost if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Otherwise, shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
  • Please include with your return a copy of the original invoice. Please write the word "Return" on the invoice.
  • SkinnySkis.com reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the above criteria are not met.
